Let’s start with 6 signs that might make you believe that witchcraft is being done to you:
1) Feeling confused
One sign that might make you believe that witchcraft is being done to you is when you feel confused a lot.
No matter what you read up, feeling confused seems to be the number one indicator of witchcraft.
Now: does that mean you are truly bewitched?
To be honest, feeling confused can have a myriad of different causes!
Maybe you are very confused because you are going through a really tough time and you can’t figure out why!
Or you’ve had too much on your platter lately and it’s making you feel confused.
So, what can you do?
Take a deep breath and try to figure it out!
One thing that always helps me out with that is making to-do lists.
You see, planning out your tasks a bit does wonders for feeling less overwhelmed and confused!
You can also try to talk to a friend or a family member who might be able to help you figure out what’s going on.
You know, someone who has been through the same thing many times before!
2) Feeling anxious/worried/nervous
Another sign that might make you believe that witchcraft is being done to you is when you feel anxious, worried, or nervous.
Many people are under the impression that witchcraft will make you feel these types of ways, but the chance that the cause for these feelings is witchcraft is minimal at best.
It could be something completely different.
You see, anxiety, worries, and nervousness are pretty common nowadays.
So, what can you do?
Try to identify the cause of your feelings and find a way to feel a bit better.
Ways to combat anxiety are:
- meditation
- breathwork
- taking a walk
- talking to a therapist
So, next time you’re feeling anxious or nervous, don’t blame it on witchcraft!
There is a good chance the root lies somewhere else, and figuring it out will help you alleviate your anxiety!
3) You have no energy
Another “sign” that you are bewitched is having low energy.
I probably don’t need to tell you that there are thousands of reasons why you might be feeling more tired than usual.
The thing with witchcraft and spirituality is that it’s just like everything else in life:
It can be manipulated.
Unfortunately, not all the experts that preach about witchcraft do so with our best interests at heart.
Some take advantage to twist witchcraft into something toxic – poisonous even.

4) Hiccups
A very commonly spread sign that witchcraft is being done to you is when you experience hiccups.
Now, hiccups are totally normal, right?

You see, hiccups can be caused by any of the following things:
- eating too fast
- drinking too fast
- drinking carbonated drinks
- taking medication with hiccup side effects
So, when you experience hiccups, there is most likely a very reasonable explanation behind it.
If you experience hiccups more often than you think is normal, you should maybe go visit a doctor.
Turns out that when your vagus nerve is irritated, it can lead to a disorder where you experience lots of hiccups.
It’s not super serious, but it should be checked out.
So: before you go freaking out over witchcraft, make sure that you’re not just swallowing too much air while you’re eating!
5) Nightmares
Another common misconception that many people have when they think that witchcraft is being done to them is when they experience nightmares.
Nightmares are a very scary occurrence, so it’s understandable that people might start to think that witchcraft is the cause.
But, the chances of this happening are really minimal.
It could be something completely different.
You see, nightmares are caused by a number of different factors.
Dreams in general are a way for your subconscious to work through what it has experienced.
So, when you have dreams, it’s a way for your subconscious to process the things that have happened to you.
The only problem is that sometimes your subconscious can’t process things properly.
So, the result could be a nightmare.
But that’s not all!
You see, nightmares can be caused by:
- stress
- coffee/alcohol
- taking medication with side effects that cause nightmares
- eating too much sugar at once
- eating heavy food right before bed
If you feel like you struggle more with nightmares than you’d like to admit, it might be a good idea to talk to a professional.
In my own experience, nightmares can go away once you’ve worked through the psychological root causes of them!
6) You keep having bad luck
Last but not least, people believe that when they have a streak of bad luck, witchcraft is to blame.
It’s something that a lot of people experience and it can be very frustrating.
But, the thing is that bad luck isn’t caused by witchcraft.
It’s rather a result of external factors that are out of your control.
The worst thing you could do when you have a streak of bad luck is let it get to you and spiral into desperation.
You see, especially when things aren’t going too well in your life right now, it really helps to try and have a positive attitude.
This will help you to stay positive and not let the bad things that are happening get to you.
Having a positive attitude will help you to be more resilient in the face of adversity and not let the bad things that happen in your life bother you.
You can start by looking at the situation from a different angle, one where there’s a silver lining that’s not so obvious at first glance.
You see, if bad luck is really that bad, then it won’t be long before your luck starts to turn around!
The way to do this is by working through your problems and finding out what’s causing them.
Are you really bewitched?
The honest answer is… most probably not.
You see, this has nothing to do with whether I believe in witchcraft or not, but even when you talk to real-life witches they will tell you: curses or hexes are extremely rare and there is little to no chance you are a victim of one.
With the chances of a hex being so low, you might be asking yourself: what is actually going on?
What could actually be going on
I need to tell you something… you see, some people like to use things such as witchcraft as an excuse why they can’t get something done in their life.
They’ll say: “I keep failing at this, I must be cursed, I can’t do anything about it.”
All this does is put a person into the mindset of victimhood.
Think about it: if the cause of your misery is external, then poor you can’t do anything about it, right?
Well, in real life, the true winners are those who take responsibility for their lives.
They understand that they are not a victim of their circumstances, they control their own fate.
Now: is there anything in your life you are trying to avoid or don’t want to take responsibility for?
I’m not trying to call you out here, I’m simply trying to help.
Because trust me, once you figure out what it is that is holding you back and you take ownership of that, you will feel better than ever before!
How to feel better immediately
Did all of that information make you feel better?
You see, there is really no reason to worry too much about witchcraft being done to you, especially if you haven’t double-checked that it’s none of the other possible causes.
If you’re still worried that the cause of what is happening to you is witchcraft, it won’t hurt to do a little cleansing ritual.
You can light some incense, get in a meditative state and imagine a bubble of white light surrounding you.
Imagine that this bubble wards off anything evil so that no harm can reach you.
Then you can picture that same light shining on every part of your body, banishing anything evil in its course.
When you’re done with that, you can open your eyes again – you did it!
This should alleviate any remaining doubts or worries about witchcraft being done to you.
After talking to real-life witches, they assured me that on the very off-chance that you are bewitched, this simple ritual will immediately help you banish that energy.
And if it doesn’t, you just got an extra mediation session in, so I guess it doesn’t hurt, right?
Try not to worry about it too much
You see, there is a lot of information out there and it can feel scary when you believe that you might be hexed, I get it!
When something weird is happening to you, look for possible causes for this phenomenon.
Most of the time, you will find that the reason you are experiencing something is very innocent and rational.
All it takes is a little research and perhaps a checkup with your doctor in case your symptoms are physical.
Try to remember that in the end, you have the power to decide your own fate and you can take ownership of your life!
