And since you want to lose a few pounds, you might think that you will see those same instantaneous results they did.

If you’re focusing on something you don’t want, it’s going to take longer to see results.

- Eating healthy foods makes me feel great.
- I’m excited about fitting into my old clothes again.
- I’m excited about exploring new activities.

Staying positive in this process and really focusing on healing your relationship with food and your own body is what will ultimately help you to achieve long-lasting weight loss!
Manifesting weight loss might seem difficult, but with a little bit of patience and positive thinking, you’ll get there.
Remember, this isn’t a race. You want to make sure that you’re doing it right so that you can keep the weight off for good.
And if you do it right, it will last a lifetime. It may take a few weeks or months to see noticeable results, but stay positive, do what you need to do every day, and you’ll get there!
