And this alone will make it much easier for you to speak things into existence.

If your goal is something big or complicated, break it down into smaller parts as needed so that each step is easy to visualize — and build this way until all the pieces come together for what you really want in life.

7) Be grateful for what you have now and forgive yourself for mistakes you’ve made in the past

We don’t have to be perfect.

If you are in the midst of a challenging time, be grateful for that time if only because it’s helping you build a foundation for future success.

Instead of falling prey to these less-than-positive emotions, forgive yourself and let go of the past.

  • My body is healthy, strong, and beautiful.
  • Today is going to be a day of massive success and big miracles!
  • I allow myself to feel joy and peace at all times.

You might think that saying these kinds of things is a bit cheesy — but you’d be surprised to learn how powerful your words are.  Whatever you say out loud in the world around you manifests very quickly and very easily in your life, so be careful what you say!

Affirmations aren’t just for your inner circle, though. You can send positive thoughts out into the world using social media or other forms of mass communication.

If you want to use affirmations as part of your law of attraction practice, try posting them on social media as well as saying them aloud in daily life.

9) Ask for help from the Universe/Spiritual beings

If you’re having trouble focusing on your desires, try asking the universe for help.

Your desires are already in the universe, so by asking for help (which is basically done through meditation) the universe will begin to shift and align in whatever way it needs to in order to bring your desires into reality.
