What’s more, most of the time, when our minds are racing and we can’t seem to get to sleep, it means that we are thinking about something that is worrying us.
Just think about it. What is this thing that makes you worry every day and night?
You may be unaware that you’re worried about this thing, but your subconscious mind is constantly thinking about it.
The following day, when you wake up and feel exhausted, it’s because your body was working hard all night long as it tried to figure out why you were so worried.

You might be wondering why I’m telling you this. Well, there are many reasons.
And if you wonder why you can’t sleep after the death of a loved one, you should know something:
The number one reason is that if you ignore the presence of your lost loved one, then they’ll eventually leave your life completely.
This means that the presence will go away entirely and you won’t feel like they are around anymore. But what if this doesn’t happen?
What if the presence stays with you forever?
Then there’s no point in ignoring it because not only will it continue to bother you, but it’ll also prevent you from moving on in your life.
And remember: Grieving is an emotional experience that can last for months or years. So don’t ignore this feeling; instead, accept it as a sign that you’re still grieving.
9) There is something spiritually wrong with you or someone close to you
If you feel there is something spiritually wrong with you or someone close to you, then this is causing you to have trouble sleeping.
What do I mean here?
Well, if something is spiritually wrong, it means that it’s blocking the energy flow in your body and mind. This will make it difficult to sleep. Their bad energy is blocking your energy flow, which means you have trouble sleeping because of it.
But how can you figure out what is wrong with this person or what is blocking your energy?
Well, first you need to ask them if they’re also having trouble sleeping. If they answer yes, then it might be that their energy is causing you trouble as well.
And guess what?
This also means that you and this person are connected with each other on a deep spiritual level.
And remember: the energy flow in our body is always connected to the energy flow of someone else in the world.
So if you feel that you have trouble sleeping because of someone, then their bad energy may be also causing you trouble. They might be blocking your energy flow as well, which means they are also having trouble sleeping and are also connected to you on a spiritual level.

But one particular spiritual meaning that is the most crucial in determining the fact that it’s the end of something in your life is that you’ve experienced a deep inner feeling of sadness and loss.
If you’ve experienced this feeling, then something may be ending in your life.
But there’s another meaning behind this as well: it means that you’re starting a new period of your life. Your soul is preparing for a new phase of its existence, and as a result, you’re experiencing the energy flow of this change.
