The Raven method: How to shift reality in 6 simple steps

Reality shifting has been a big hype lately. Have you tried it?

There are actually different methods to go about reality shifting. My favorite one is called the Raven method.

Today I will teach you everything you need to know about the raven shifting method so that you can start reality shifting right away!

What is the Raven method?

The Raven method is a simple and easy way to shift reality.

You will simply lay on your back, close your eyes, and think about what you want to happen.

Of course, this is an oversimplification of the whole process, but I will get into the exact steps in a minute.

What even is reality shifting?

Reality shifting is simply the act of changing your reality.

This can be accomplished in several ways, but we are going to focus on the easiest and most effective method called the Raven method.

You see, this method is quite simple, and it will allow you to shift reality almost instantly.

How to shift reality with the Raven method

When it comes to the raven shifting method, all you need to do is count to one hundred.

Yep, just one hundred. Count and count until your mind starts getting foggy.

At this point, your brain will start feeling like it’s merging with your desired reality.

You might even see some colors and shapes in front of your eyes.

If you aren’t feeling anything yet, try this exercise again until something happens.

However, in order for this to properly work, there are some other steps to take into consideration.

Let’s look at the step-by-step guide to using the raven shifting method:

Step 1: Write a script

The first step to shifting reality is to write a script.

This means you have to come up with a goal that you want to achieve.

For example, write down exactly what you want to experience while shifting realities!

Next, write the script as if it is true and not just what you would like to happen in the future. This will cause you to shift faster.

Writing a shifting script will not only keep you safe, but it’s also a great way to use your creativity!

Frankly, this step is not necessary, many people shift without the help of a script.

However, if you are new to the concept of shifting realities or you simply need some support, a script can be very beneficial.

The most important part?

Specify how you will return to your current reality!

In your script, write down anything you want to happen while you are in your desired reality.

Who will you meet?

What will you do?

How will it feel?

What will you say?

This is the important part.

Now, once you’re happy and excited about your script, it’s time to start shifting!

Step 2: Meditate for a few minutes

Remember, no matter what you want to achieve with your shifting, it will happen when your brain is at ease.

To ensure that your brain is in a relaxed state, make sure that you are lying on a soft surface.

You can also use earplugs or something else to block out all the outside noise.

The more comfortable you are, the better this method will work for you!

Take a few minutes to meditate.

Close your eyes and focus on your breathing.

With every breath, feel your body getting more and more relaxed.

Repeat this process as long as feels comfortable for you.

You may want to repeat this process a few times because this is the time when your brain will start opening up and becoming more receptive.

Why is meditation so important?

Well, when you meditate before shifting, you are priming your brain for the experience it is about to have.

This is how it works:

When you are in your current reality, your brain is constantly trying to get you to focus on the things that are happening around you.

By meditating and relaxing, you will be able to shift faster because your brain will be in a more relaxed state.

Essentially, you are taking your brain off autopilot and bringing awareness to the current moment. That will help you to truly be open to new experiences.

Step 4: Lay down in a starfish position and listen to subliminals

In the third step, you lay down in a starfish position.

You can use a pillow to make yourself more comfortable.

While in the starfish position, make sure that your hands and feet are not touching.

Step 5: Start counting from 1 to 100

This step is fairly straightforward. Start counting from 1 to 100.

If you lose your focus, don’t worry about it, simply bring your awareness back to your breath and start again at 1.

To help your thoughts not wander, you can try repeating affirmations such as “I am shifting” or “Shifting is easy” in your head.

While counting, you can give your thoughts some direction and imagine exactly what your desired reality will be.

Where will you wake up?

What will you see? What will you smell?

What sounds will you hear?

This is the time to bring your mind back to the present moment.

You can also visualize and picture what it would be like for your reality to shift.

The most important thing is to focus on the emotions you feel while shifting realities.

Simply put, emphasize how good it will feel.

This will bring your energy to the perfect wavelength required for shifting.

Repeat the process until you have a clear image of the reality that you want to shift into your mind.

If your thoughts ever start to wander, don’t beat yourself up about it, simply gently bring them back to your reality.

A note on the side: it’s perfectly normal for your arms or legs to go numb, you are in a state where your body is asleep while your mind is wide awake, which can feel strange to your consciousness sometimes.

The fifth step is to keep reciting your positive affirmations until you’ve reached the desired reality.

Now that you have put your mind in the perfect place, you can shift realities.

You want to make sure that your shift is natural and in no way forced.

If you force the shift, it will cause your brain to lock up and not be able to enjoy the shifting properly.

Instead, try to relax your body as much as possible while shifting realities.

You want your brain to be in a state of relaxation so that it is ready for reality shifting.

If you feel like you got to this point but still aren’t ready, simply count backward from 100 and then start again at 1.

Usually, you will know exactly when the time has come that you have shifted your realities.

You will notice a change in perception and that is when you can “open your eyes” to the new reality.

Provided you did everything correctly, you should now find yourself in your desired reality!

Is reality shifting dangerous?

Reality shifting is not really dangerous, especially when you have a script ready.

You see, there is no way to get completely stuck in your desired reality, as your physical body is still rooted in this reality here.

The only danger of reality shifting is that, as with any form of escape from everyday life, it can get addictive.

Make sure that you don’t spend all of your time in your desired reality, but also make time for being in the here and now.

You see, these things can be great tools to cope with life, but in the end, they are just a form of escape, and your problems in this reality won’t just disappear.

So: proceed with caution, use this tool for fun, but make sure not to get sucked into your desired reality too much.
