What is reality shifting?

Let’s begin at the very beginning.

Realities are the foundation of everything we see, hear, touch and experience.

That’s everything! How we perceive our world is largely based on how our brains are wired. All the information that our brain receives is stored as a network of objects (worlds) in a container known as an ‘universe’.

This universe can be referred to as a quantum moment (a precise instant during which two opposite states can exist).

What is the Julia shifting method?

The Julia shifting method was first introduced to TikTok about a year ago.

It came about when a young woman named Julia decided to shift her reality by using an apple as a metaphor for what she wanted in life. She visualized an apple and attached the words ‘a red apple with brown spots’ to it.

It made Julia think of a life that was like the apple. It was an ordinary life with an ordinary person, but she liked it nonetheless.

The Julia Shifting Method has been downloaded over 6 million times and has been used by millions of people to “shift realities”.

This method involves:

Visualizing a world where your dreams are possible.

Increasing your potential by focusing on what you want and creating a change in your mind.

Creating or adjusting your mind to match the new world you’ve created. This feeling of matching the world is what causes you to shift realities.

The most challenging part of shifting realities using this method is that, when you use it for the first time, you might experience a slight ‘vibration’. This is because your body hasn’t adjusted to this new change. You’ll get used to it in no time though.

You should also keep in mind that, when shifting realities using this method, you can only go into one world at a time.

This means that you’ll have to choose where you want to go and think about every detail that goes into it. This includes the people, conversations, places and things in it.

The general idea behind this method is to re-create or remove the world that you’ve created based on your initial goal.

There are 3 possibilities here:

  1. If it doesn’t work out, change the world until you get what you want.
  2. If it does work out, you can use the same world to create a new reality.
  3. If it works better than what you’re already doing, then you’ll have to consciously think about every detail that goes into it while holding the idea in your mind.

In short, the Julia Shifting Method is a way of creating an entire new reality and making it possible. Once you get used to this method, your success rate will increase greatly.

How to use the Julia Shifting Method

Step 1:  Meditate for 5 – 10 minutes while listening to Theta waves.

Theta waves range in frequencies from 3.5 to 7.5 hz and are classified as being “slow waves”.  These waves are associated with meditation and are used to produce trances, self-hypnosis and lucid dreams. They can also produce feelings of detachment from one’s own consciousness which is super beneficial for the Julia shifting method.

Step 2:  Chant the word “I am” until you start to experience shifting symptoms.

This step involves focusing on a statement that will help you get out of your normal reality and into the new one that you want.  Now that you’re in a relaxed state, position yourself lying down and be sure that your environment is comfy and calm.

You should chant ‘I am’ and take deep breaths until you start to experience symptoms such as itching, feeling numb, floating  or seeing a bright white light. These indicate that the shifting process is beginning to work.

Step 3:  Slowly start counting to 100.

The third step in the Julia method requires that you start counting from 1 to 100, slowly after you feel the symptoms mentioned above begin.

It’s important that you continue to breathe in deeply through your nose and out through your mouth and if you wish, recite identity or affirmations after every set of ten numbers.

For example, at 10 you can say “I am shifting”, after 20 “My (desired reality) name is….

Continue the process until you feel yourself detaching from your physical body. If you find that after you’ve counted to 100 and are still not finding yourself in an ideal state, repeat the process.

We’re all different so it could take a few practice runs to get it right.

Step 4:  Visualize the new world of your dreams.

Once you feel completely detached from your physical body, use whatever you like in the way of visual aids, depending on what you’re going for in your new world.

If you have difficulty visualizing your DR (desired reality) a great way to overcome this is by asking yourself questions like “What is the climate like in your DR, warm or cold?” “What are you smelling?, Who is your ideal DR partner etc.

Step 5: Slowly open your eyes and enjoy your desired reality.

The last step in the Julia method is arriving and reveling in your new desired reality

Your current reality should fade away and you will begin noticing yourself in new surroundings. Once you’ve arrived in your new reality, enjoy the feeling of success. You have now created an entirely new reality and made it a possibility.

Your new reality can be anything that you like, from a world with no problems to a world full of money and love. There are truly no limits to what you can achieve starting today!

How do we shift realities?

Shifting realities is based on the following principles:

Influence – the ability to affect (or change) a subject or object by one’s own thoughts, words, actions and commands.

Any influence is always guided by a subconscious impulse that creates the ‘reason’ behind it. Think of it as the fuel that drives actions. The more powerful the influence, the greater its effect will be.

Relativity – the idea that our universe can be influenced by other universes. This type of influence works in the same way that gravity does in our physical world. The effects from shifting realities can be replicated and replicated again.

The most effective way to replicate them is through the use of ‘changes’.

These are alterations that can be made to a subject or object; changes that will cause a specific outcome, change over time and increase potential for greater results.

Reality is a world made of probabilities.

Once you’ve shifted to a new world, all probabilities (that exist within the new state) are released and shared with every other possible universe/world. This allows you to influence anything in any universe.

Step 1: Visualize a world of your dreams. Imagine what it would be like if you were already there.

Begin by creating a target. This is what you’re after once you’ve shifted to the world of your dreams. What would you like to experience or be doing at this moment? Ask yourself this question as if you were already there now.

Step 2: Create a change that will make it easier for you to reach your goal and make it possible to experience.

This can be done by searching for something that’s missing within your reality, or thinking of a new way of life that will increase potential. The main thing to remember here is that this change must be one that will increase potential, not just make it easier

Step 3: Shift your world by visualizing the change you’ve created.

This could be done by breathing in, pausing and pulling the energy towards you while watching the change form within your mind’s eye. This will cause it to come into reality.

The power of your thoughts is stronger than you think! You’re now in your new world! You can also make changes like this one in real life as well.

Other popular shifting methods

Basically, you’ll need to concentrate on your aspirations until you reach a state of total relaxation. Once that’s done, imagine yourself in the state of your dreams holding either a lit candle or the visualization that you’ve decided on.

What does it feel like to shift realities?

It’s important to keep in mind that every person experiences a shift differently. Therefore, what I’m about to say might not be the same for you as it will be for someone else.

For me, when I use the Julia Shifting Method, I feel as though I’m starting several fires at once and they’re all burning in my mind. The main one is red or orange (it depends on what color I’ve chosen and how intense it is) and there are several others (one for each new world).

When I try to think about what’s going on in my mind, I can’t stop thinking about all of these things. This is because reality is tangible and vivid and it’s hard to look at it without your eyes coming into it.

After a while, I’m forced to shift out of one world and try another with a new world. This is where the interesting part begins. You see, this isn’t actually happening in real-time; you’re imagining that you’re doing it in real-time.

What happens when you shift realities

As I mentioned earlier, there are three possibilities when it comes to transferring your vision into a reality. You can:

Get what you want. Make changes in the vision to create greater results. Continue using the same world or shift one that’s better than your original vision

In my case, these possibilities eventually lead to different realities. A reality where I make things happen and a reality where I get what everyone wants me to have.

It’s safe to say that this is because I’ve chosen to make my visions more detailed and specific.

Is it dangerous to shift realities?

No, it isn’t. In fact, there are numerous scientific studies showing that people who regularly shift their realities lead a happier and healthier life than people who don’t.

Here are some of the things that can happen when you’re shifting realities:

You can hallucinate or see people you’ve never seen before (this is because your mind is creating those people).

You can feel hot and cold at the same time (this happens when you shift into a world where an event will occur).

You can feel like you’re moving through a breeze while at the same time feeling like you’re falling, being pulled, or growing.

If any of these things happen to you, then you might want to take a break and try again later. Since it’s a new technique and not everyone gets used to it in the same way; everyone will experience something completely different.
