How to manifest a job: 15 no bullsh*t tips

You know exactly what job you want to do. It’s your dream job, and landing it would make you insanely happy.

But that’s all it is at the moment — a dream. You want so badly to make it into a reality, but you have no clue how to make it happen.

Well, what if I told you that you could manifest a job? Even if there are very few openings, if it’s a super competitive field, and you have no experience in it.

Follow these 15 no bullsh*t tips to manifest your dream job.

1) Know what job you want and get very specific

Here’s “how to manifest a job 101″: figure out what job you want.

Easy, right?

But wait, this isn’t just about saying “I want to be a lawyer” or “I want to teach English”. There are hundreds, even thousands of potential job positions that could fall into either one of these statements, and there is a world of difference between them!

For example, do you want to teach face-fo-face in a public school, or online through an academy? Or perhaps you’d like to go freelance and be your own boss. What age range, level, and language background are your students? Will it be Business English, general, or academic?

And that still only barely scratches the surface. There are many more variables to consider and define. For example, ask yourself:

  • What kind of hours do you expect to have?
  • What do you have to wear and bring with you to work?
  • Where do you work?
  • Do you have coworkers? How many, and how do you interact with them?
  • What tasks do you carry out?
  • What skills are you using?

In short, you should be able to imagine, in detail, a typical day at work. u have any coworkers, and if so how many and how do you interact with them?

Once you’re able to answer all these questions in detail, you know you’re ready for the next step in how to manifest a job.

2) Reframe your thoughts and remove limiting beliefs

If you’ve been struggling with how to manifest, you might be having some issues with your mindset.

Before you can attract the job you want, you need to reframe your thoughts and remove any limiting beliefs.

Be honest with yourself: do you believe you deserve this job?

If you got a call right now offering you your dream job, how would it make you feel? Would you jump up and down with excitement, not being able to wait until you get started? Or would you feel gripped by anxiety?

In order to successfully manifest a job, you need to get your thoughts and feelings aligned with what you want. In other words, you have to confidently think and feel as if you already had the job.

This means eliminating any beliefs like these:

  • I don’t have what it takes
  • If I didn’t get the job yet, I probably never will
  • I’m not good enough at this

When you notice these thoughts, stop and reframe them in a positive way:

  • I have what it takes
  • I deserve this job
  • I have the skills and confidence to do this job

It might feel a little strange or unnatural at first, but over time you’ll become more confident in it. The following steps will also be a great help.

3) Get help from a gifted advisor

The steps above and below will help you manifest the job you’ve always wanted.

But a surefire way to make this happen is to speak with a gifted advisor.

They can answer questions like, how long will it take to manifest? Am I manifesting in the right way? What obstacles are blocking my personal path, and what do I need to do to remove them?

The problem is finding someone you can trust.

That’s why I recommend Psychic Source. When I signed up for a reading, they provided me with a unique insight into where my life was going, including what career was my true calling.

Having tried several online advisors, I think they’re the most caring, compassionate and helpful network of gifted advisors out there.

Not only will a genuine advisor help you manifest your dream job, but they can help reveal your true purpose in life too.

4) Visualize yourself in your new job

Now we get to the core part of attracting the job you want: visualization.

This is what most people think of when they hear the word manifestation.

But this is also where many of us fail at manifesting.

You see, there’s one very crucial detail when it comes to visualizing your dream job. You have to be extremely specific.

All those questions you answered back in step 2? You should put them all into your visualization, and engage all five of your senses.

What does a day at work look like for you? What sounds do you hear around you? What smells are wafting around the workplace? What emotions are you feeling? How are you moving your body, and what do you have to touch?

It might help you to write it all down, so you can focus on the scene as if you were writing a book.

And one more crucial detail:

You must visualize in the present tense. So don’t imagine what “one day, maybe” you could be doing. Imagine it as if you were doing it right now, and write in the present tense.

5) Raise your vibrations to match the reality you’re asking for

So you’ve defined your dream job, fixed your mindset, gotten expert help from an advisor, and done some visualization.

All this will help you get closer to your goals, but you’ll never be able to manifest a job without this next crucial step: raising your vibrations.

Now you might be thinking, what the heck does this mean?

So let’s break it down.

Vibrations are essentially emotions. If you want to raise your vibrations, you have to lead with emotions rather than thoughts or words.

Essentially, you want to make yourself feel the way you would feel if what you want to manifest were already true. So ask yourself, how would you be feeling if you already had your dream job? How would you think, act, carry yourself?

That’s exactly what you have to add into your visualization in order to raise your vibrations.

6) Use supporting manifestation techniques

Visualization is a powerful tool to attract your dream job with the law of attraction.

But don’t forget, there are many other tools you can, and should, employ to help.

The more of these techniques you use, the more you’ll strengthen your ability to attract the job you want into your life.

So try out a variety of them and see which ones you feel most comfortable with.

  • Affirmations: write or repeat statements that affirm the reality you want. For example, “the job of my dreams is coming my way” or “There are lots of new opportunities around me”
  • Journaling: describe your dream job in detail and what a typical day at work would be for you.
  • Meditation: clear your mind and destress to let the manifestation take full power. Focus on what you want to achieve.
  • Leave reminders around your house to help you focus more on manifesting your dream job.
  • Make a vision board for your dream job and hang it somewhere you can look at it often, or save it as your phone screensaver.
  • Practice gratitude by noticing the ways you’re already close to having your dream job, however small they may seem.
  • 369 manifestation method: write down what you want to manifest three times in the morning, six times in the afternoon, and nine times at night.
  • 55×5 manifestation technique: write down your goal 55 times, 5 days in a row.

7) Make a plan

The next step in manifesting a job is to make a plan.

As the old saying goes, if you fail to prepare, then prepare to fail. So make sure you don’t skip this!

It’s best to do it in backwards order.

Write down the dream job you want to have. For example, “I work as a marketer at the Metropolitan Opera” Then, work backwards through the steps that would get you there from where you are now.

So what’s the last step before being a marketer at the Met? Well, you would need to get a job offer from them. And to get that, you’d need to have a successful job interview. Get the picture?

This will help you clearly define all the steps that need to happen in order to manifest the job you want.

8) Look for signs from the universe

As you work on manifesting your dream job, be on the lookout for signs from the universe.

You might not notice them right away, but once you start seeing them, you’ll suddenly realize that they’re everywhere!

A common type of sign are angel numbers. An email you received at 11:11; a receipt for $55.55; an order number ending in 333. These aren’t just mere coincidences, they’re messages from the universe each with a unique meaning.

You might also start bumping into people related to the job you want to do. The two girls sitting next to you on the bus are talking about exactly the job you want. And the woman sitting across from you at the cafe? You recognize her from the staff page of the company’s website.

Make sure you watch and listen carefully, or you could risk missing a crucial opportunity that could change everything.

But of course, the universe is complex and especially at the beginning, understanding its signs is certainly not simple.

So if you want more clarity on this, I’d suggest speaking to a gifted advisor at Psychic Source.

I mentioned them earlier. They have helped me out in the past and I’ve always found them honest and compassionate in their readings.

So instead of trying to solve all your work problems on your own, speak to an advisor who’ll give you the answers you’re looking for.

9) Take action

Once you’ve got a great plan, it’s time to take action.

And if you’re trying to manifest a job, taking action means:

Also don’t forget to work on gaining the necessary skills to successfully carry out the work. Do you have everything it takes to do the job?

Use this time to your advantage and enroll in some courses to improve on your skills.

10) Practice gratitude

As you work on manifesting the job of your dreams, make sure to appreciate the opportunities that have come your way.

The law of attraction is based on the principle that like attracts like.

If you’re always focused on the negative, you’re actually attracting more of it into your life. But that also means that if you focus on the positive and things that you appreciate, you’ll open the doors to more of that flowing into your life.

So let’s say that you had a job interview, but you weren’t offered the job. This is still a fantastic step towards your goal! Be grateful for the fact that you had the interview, and you’ll help manifest many more that can be more successful.

Also take the time to notice anything about your dream job that you already have in your life. Otherwise, the things we don’t value often end up slipping away from us.

For example, you might have great colleagues, or the power to make decisions without having to consult anyone. If you want your dream job to have these things too, then make sure to start appreciating them now.

11) Act as if

If you want to attract a job into your life, then act as if you already have it.

Think about it: what would your life look like if you already held the position you wanted? Would it be possible for you to start living this life tomorrow, or are there any obstacles standing in your way?

For example, let’s say your job means that you have to wake up very early in the morning. But you tend to stay up past 2am watching Netflix.

In a way, you are blocking your reality from coming true, because you are doing things that are totally opposite to what you really want.

Or, your dream job would require you to have a very professional appearance at work. But at the moment you just pull on the first sweater you find before you head out the door.

Start by making changes, wherever possible, to start living the life you would have with your dream job. So for example, you could adjust your schedule and get used to getting dressed and ready with more care.

This will get you one step closer to manifesting the job you want.

12) Work on your spirituality and mindset

Here’s the secret to manifestation: it’s all in the mindset.

Your visualizations, vibrations, and actions all originate in your mind. So if you want to give yourself the best chance at manifesting a job, you need to be working on your mindset and spirituality.

Since you’re reading this article, it’s already clear that you’re a growth-minded person who works hard to achieve your goals.

But here’s something you have probably noticed: we tend to hear the same message over and over again when it comes to spirituality.

You’re probably tired of hearing this — and feeling exhausted from trying to always be the best version of yourself, and always being positive.

If you can relate to this, there’s a reason why:

You’ve been sold toxic spirituality.

Don’t feel bad about it though, so many of us have fallen into this trap. Including the shaman Rudá Iandé.

In this incredible free video, Rudá explains how his initial approach to spirituality did more harm than good. Now, with over 30 years in the field of spirituality, he hopes his experience can help others avoid the same mistakes.

So what makes Rudá trustworthy? How do you know you won’t get more of the same toxic crap?

Well, Rudá isn’t going to tell you how to practice your spirituality. Instead, he’s going to give you the tools to find empowerment from within so that you can manifest anything you want.

Every exercise in the video will put you back in touch with your core self, step by step.

So if you’re ready to take that step so you can manifest your dream job, click here to watch the free video.

13) Become the person who would deserve and have this job

These exercises are all about you manifesting the job you want.

But don’t forget, there’s another player in the mix: the employer!

Even if you plan to go freelance, there are still the clients who would hire you to provide them the service or product you want to offer.

And these players have desires and goals of their own.

So think about it now: what are they? What kind of employee, or contractor, do they want to hire? What does this person act like, talk like, dress like?

Take a look at what kind of person would be hired to do your job, and then start being that person.

The more you do this, the easier it will be for you to attract the job you want.

14) Be consistent

Many people start attracting the job they want, then give up because it didn’t come true.

Their problem is not that their manifestation isn’t working — it’s that they weren’t consistent.

It’s just like going to the gym. You wouldn’t expect to get abs after your first training session, would you?

Well, manifesting a job is the same. You need to do it regularly and consistently in order to see results.

The best way to go about this is to make a habit out of the manifestation practices. Set aside some time each morning, lunch break, or before going to bed to do your visualization, meditation, and affirmations.

Keep noticing all the signs and opportunities that pop up around you.

And above all, set aside time to take action towards getting the job you want.

15) Trust the universe and let go

Now we come to the final step: trust the universe, and let go.

Wait, let go? But how is that going to help?

Though it might seem counterproductive, this is all part of how manifestation works. You can only attract the job you want if you believe in yourself, act as if, and raise your vibrations.

So if you are panicked, obsessed, or angry that the manifestation hasn’t happened yet, you’re only pushing it further away.

Of course this doesn’t mean give up and stop trying.

Keep working on manifesting, noticing the signs, and taking action. But then, let it go, have faith, and give the universe time to work its magic.

Also keep in mind that the universe is vast, and sees much further than you can. Maybe you haven’t manifested the job you want yet because it’s not actually aligned with the values that are most important to you. You might realize this in a few months and be relieved that things didn’t work out the way you wanted them to right now.

So above all, have faith and everything will work out the way it was supposed to.

How long does it take to manifest a new job?

So how long does it really take to manifest a new job?

Well, if we raise your vibrations high enough, than any one of us could manifest the job of our dreams overnight!

But the reality is, it’s not natural for us to raise our vibrations so high in disproportion to our current reality. Especially if you’re new to the law of attraction.

So start with a smaller goal, something you find believable and where you can have faith in yourself.

For example, first try to manifest growing a network of 50 contacts in the industry. Then, try to manifest a job interview. Taking baby steps like this will help you build confidence in your ability to attract, until you can manifest anything you want.

Another way to manifest a new job quickly is to get expert help. It can be tough to figure out something like this on your own, and you certainly don’t want to mess up an opportunity that is so important to you.

So if you want your best chance at manifesting your dream job, I recommend speaking to a genuine advisor.

And there’s one company that I always end up recommending, Psychic Source. Not only did they blow me away with their accurate reading, but they were also kind and understanding of my situation.

So if you’re tired of wondering about how long it’ll take to manifest your dream job, get in touch with a gifted advisor and take your future into your own hands. I did, and I’ve never looked back since.
