Cure Your Hemorrhoids With Apple Cider Vinegar

You may find it hard to believe, but it turns out that apple cider vinegar is the best natural cure for hemorrhoids. It’s also the most inexpensive treatment to solve this painful and annoying problem.

1. Topical Use

Soak a cotton ball in a glass of raw apple cider vinegar. Apply the ball directly to the hemorrhoid. Then leave it there overnight. You may feel a stinging sensation while applying the vinegar. If you do, then dilute the vinegar with some water. When you remove the cotton ball, apply castor or coconut oil.

2. Sitz Bath

Prepare for yourself an apple cider vinegar sitz bath, adding half a cup of vinegar to the bath. Soak yourself for 20 minutes two times per day.

3. Internal Use

You can also add apple cider vinegar internally to your digestive system to cure your hemorrhoids. Ass 1 tablespoon of apple cider to a glass of water and drink the mixture twice per day.

4. Apple Cider Vinegar Ice Cubes

Mix half a cup of water with half a cup of apple cider. Apply the ice directly to your hemorrhoids a few times a day. The apple cider ice cubes reduce the swelling and the pain from the hemorrhoids will also subside if you do this on a regular basis.
