Carl Jung on where loneliness comes from

Here is a brilliant quote from Carl Jung that explains why so many of us are feeling lonely today. I can certainly relate to it and I’m sure you can to:

“Loneliness does not come from having no people about one, but from being unable to communicate the things that seem important to oneself, or from holding certain views which others find inadmissible.”

Carl Jung transformed psychology and these words couldn’t be more relevant today.

When we’re able to express ourselves truthfully, we can authentically connect with each other. When we don’t, we simply live a facade that makes us feel isolated.

Unfortunately, the rise of social media hasn’t helped when it comes to being our true selves.

Have you ever noticed that you feel envious when you browse Facebook? This is common according to research because most people only share the best of their lives (or their desired personality).

It doesn’t have to be this way and it isn’t true for everyone. Social media can be just as powerful in connecting others meaningfully. It just depends on how you use it.

In fact, that’s why we’ve created Ideapod – a social media platform where people can connect on the basis of sharing ideas.

When we connect on our true passions and interests, truly magical things can happen. We can make real connections and change can occur.

You can check out Ideapod here and please share Carl Jung’s wisdom so we can motivate others to express what they really feel.

Confused about what to do next?

A weird, new way to figure out what to do next is to get advice from the Psychic Love Robot.

This is a very sophisticated tool using advanced artificial intelligence and neural network modeling.

You ask a question and then share additional information about your situation.

The Psychic Robot then tells you exactly what to do.

It’s honestly mind-blowing. And it’s free for a limited time.

Check out the Psychic Love Robot here.

It may tell you exactly what you need to know.
