Recently, I came across the Longevity Blueprint Quest, a fitness course available on Mindvalley that’s been gaining popularity.
Here are some key takeaways:
- The Longevity Blueprint Quest is a fitness course created by Ben Greenfield that focuses on improving overall health, mobility, and longevity through efficient exercise routines and habit-building.
- The course offers a 7-week program with daily guidance, community support, and a 10-day money-back guarantee, designed for individuals at various fitness levels seeking to optimize their health and well-being.
- Users have reported increased efficiency, easier habit formation, and long-term benefits from the program, but individual success depends on personal motivation and commitment to following the course guidelines.
So in this article, I’ll share my thoughts on the course and discuss whether it’s worth the $449 price tag.
But first, before we dive into the details, here’s my verdict on the Longevity Blueprint Quest and whether I believe it’s truly a game changer.
The Verdict
The Longevity Blueprint Quest is this amazing online fitness course I came across, and it’s all about improving your biological age, helping you stay healthy, energetic, and full of life.
I can’t recommend it enough for anyone who cares about their fitness and well-being.
What really sets this program apart is its effectiveness, how it helps you build good habits, and its potential to transform your life for the better.
But, like with anything, the results depend on how committed you are to following the lessons and keeping yourself motivated.
Now, let me give you some background and share who I was before embarking on this life-changing journey with the Longevity Blueprint Quest.
Who I Was Before the Longevity Blueprint Quest
I’ve always considered myself a pretty healthy guy.
Working out has been a part of my normal routine for as long as I can remember; my parents encouraged me to run outside and play sports, and the need to sweat and exercise stuck with me through the years.
I’ve had a gym membership for years and I’m not one to shy away from a good jog once or twice a week.
But recently I’ve begun to feel changes throughout my body.
I may look fit in the mirror, but certain muscles and joints just aren’t moving the way they once did.
Maybe it’s age finally catching up to me, although I’m not someone you might call “old”.
Granted, I’m not the healthiest guy in the world; I’ve had my fair share of wild late nights drinking and partying.
But it does feel frustrating and sometimes even a bit unfair. I watch what I eat and I work-out regularly; what more do I have to do to keep myself feeling healthy?
So what if I engage in a few “unhealthy” things every now and then? Is that really all it takes for my body to begin degrading?
What do I have to do – spend my life in the gym and eat only lean meats and salads?
And I guess that’s why the Longevity Blueprint Quest on Mindvalley appealed to me when I first ran into it.
Ben Greenfield, the creator of this course or “quest”, is a self-named “biohacker” who has spent his lifetime studying and understanding the human body.
Don’t get me wrong – I wasn’t immediately sold on the idea of this course, because so many weight loss or fitness courses out there just don’t apply to me.
I’m a generally fit and healthy person, and I just want to figure out what I could be doing to maximize myself.
Whereas most courses are marketed towards beginners with easy tips everyone should know, Greenfield’s Longevity Blueprint Quest seemed to be marketed towards people like me – someone who already has some understanding of fitness and healthy living, but needs help with consistency and optimization.
So I thought – why not? Let’s give it a go and see what this is all about.

What the Longevity Blueprint Quest Claims To Do
Before we get into my reaction and feelings on the course, I want to give readers a brief understanding of what the Longevity Blueprint Quest actually claims to do.
The course is all about turning your fitness efforts into “longevity” efforts.
What does this mean?
It means instead of seeing progress by checking out your muscles, you see progress by measuring your body’s overall biological age.
Simply put, it’s about staying healthy, capable, and alive for as long as you can by balancing four core concepts: fitness, health, beauty, and longevity.
Like myself, before Greenfield came up with the Longevity Blueprint Quest, he was already a pretty fit and healthy guy.
But then he checked his biological age, or the age of his body in terms of health (as opposed to your chronological age, which is your actual age). He found that his biological age was just about double his chronological age, despite his decent fitness levels.
So Greenfield focused his studies on understanding what makes the body live long and stay fit.
With an extensive professional background in exercise physiology and biomechanics, as well as being one of the top personal trainers in the US (and the world), Greenfield had the knowledge and experience to delve into the creation of an exercise philosophy that focused not solely on fitness, but on extending the body’s longevity.
Think of it as staying young for as long as possible.
With the Longevity Blueprint Quest, this is what Greenfield claims to have accomplished: maintaining maximum strength, muscle, mobility, flexibility, endurability, and recovery with the minimum dose of exercise required.
Instead of beating yourself up at the gym, Greenfield sought to find a more efficient and less intensive routine that would still allow a person to build and maintain a high-level of fitness and muscle.
The course accomplishes this by balancing a person’s health and symmetry, with specific daily, weekly, and monthly or periodic habits that they can do for the rest of their lives in a systematized and organized package that anyone at any level of personal fitness can understand and adopt.
The lessons are filled with key research-backed fitness strategies that get and keep the body at a high level of fitness without draining it week after week.
Finally, the course claims to be the last fitness solution you ever need to purchase.
With the lessons you learn in the Longevity Blueprint Quest, you will never need to hire a personal trainer, train excessively at the gym, or buy another fitness book again.
In summary, here’s what the course claims to do:
· Increase your functional strength
· Help you develop healthier joints
· Reverse your biological age
· Accelerate your recovery time
· Give you better sleep
· Reward you with greater reserves of energy
· Enhance your body’s immune system
· Correct and improve your natural posture
· Turbocharge your metabolism

Who Is the Longevity Blueprint Quest For?
The Longevity Blueprint Quest can work with anyone, or at least that’s what the course claims.
In truth, anyone can begin implementing the lessons and suggestions found in the course, but that doesn’t mean it’ll be easy.
How successfully your first attempts at these exercises and lessons go will ultimately depend on your current fitness levels. But with enough determination and willpower, anyone can benefit from this course.
Here are the three types of people who might be most interested right now:
· You consider yourself fit but not at your peak: You might be someone who has always known the inside of a gym, but lately you’ve started to feel your age. Recovery is taking longer and muscles are starting to fade, and you don’t know what you’re doing wrong.
· You are a success in your field but you don’t have time to “work out”: You might be a successful executive or entrepreneur, and you’ve always wanted to take care of yourself but you knew you could never commit the necessary time. You need a solution that lets you keep yourself fit and trim without dedicating too much time you don’t have.
· You are older and you want to feel young again: You have never cared much about fitness but you’re at the age where your limited mobility and stamina are preventing you from doing things you love, like hiking or running around with your kids. You don’t care so much about fitness; you care about staying mobile and healthy.
As we said above, anyone can benefit from the Longevity Blueprint Quest. If you are feeling and concerned about any of the following, then this course can help you:
· Dulled skin
· Uneven posture
· Brittle bones
· Reduced stamina
· Aching joints
· Lesser energy levels
· Muscle loss

Who Is Ben Greenfield? Is He Qualified?
Any responsible and resourceful consumer should do their research before buying anything, which is why I looked into Greenfield’s background before pressing the “Buy” button.
After all, there are tons of questionable courses and books on the Internet looking for unsuspecting suckers, and the last thing I want to do is waste my money.
But Ben Greenfield is the real deal. Greenfield studied everything you might expect from a top personal trainer in college – biomechanics, nutrition, biochemistry, microbiology, pharmaceuticals, biomechanics, physiology, anatomy, and more.
He earned a master’s in biomechanics and physiology, and has spent the last 15 years as a leader in the fitness world. He runs gyms, personal training studios, biomechanics and physiology labs, and was voted as the top personal trainer in the US in 2008.
Fitness-wise, he’s done it all: completing 12 Ironman triathlons and winning gold for the US in long course triathlon. He’s sold millions of books with his “Beyond Training” bestseller and 13 others, and he regularly trains with the Navy SEALs and with other top endurance competitors and athletes.
There are few people more qualified than Greenfield at discussing and exploring the limits and capabilities of physical endurance and the human body, and that’s saying a lot.
So is he qualified? If he’s not qualified to create a fitness course, then I honestly don’t know who is.
What You Get with the Longevity Blueprint Quest
On top of doing your research before buying any product or course online, you should also have a good idea of what you’re actually buying.
Any digital product can be iffy, with a thousand promises but only a handful of real deliverables. Here’s what you get when you sign up:
1) A Community
One aspect that I thought was really cool about my Longevity Blueprint Quest experience was the fact that I didn’t just buy it and get a series of PDFs or videos like with other courses.
Greenfield really emphasizes the importance of communal learning and togetherness when it comes to habit-building, which is why everyone who opts into the Longevity Blueprint Quest starts on the same date.
If you buy the course today, you’ll start on the next starting date with everyone else who recently bought it. This creates the sense of a community, or the feeling that you’re not just struggling through this alone.
You’ve got a team of people you can connect with who are moving to the finish line at the same pace, and that’s pretty awesome.
2) Daily Guidance Over 7 Weeks
Now we get into the actual course. The Longevity Blueprint Quest material lasts for 7 weeks (although you can use it for a lifetime). Every day, you will receive daily guidance on what you need to do today and this week.
You also get an invitation into the private Facebook page for your group, to ensure that you’re staying motivated and up-to-date with your quest.
The “quest schedule” is broken down into 7 weeks. Here are some highlights you can expect from each week:
Week 1: All about preparation. The exercises and practices in this course can be pretty difficult to get into, so you begin with a week to prepare. You learn about checking your fitness levels, finding your fitness sweet spot to increase your longevity, supercharging your body’s metabolism to maximize fat-burning, and accelerating your personal recovery.
Week 2: This week focuses on metabolism, and how to get your body’s natural metabolic processes to work with you towards your goals. You want your body in an active metabolic state for as long as possible every single day, and that means jumpstarting it in the morning and keeping it going throughout the day.
Week 3: Developing functional strength and building the body you want with the least effort required. Some interesting things you will learn include the hot therapy protocol, a 4-minute lean workout routine with the kettlebell, and Olympian foundational training.
Week 4: The body’s anaerobic capacity is your ceiling on your power output, so raising this capacity naturally raises your power ceiling. HIIT or High-Intensity Interval Training is the best way to do this, so Greenfield walks you through HIIT protocols that improve mobility, strengthen joints, and naturally increase the body’s overall energy.
Week 5: No matter how strong you might be, if you don’t have the stamina to keep your power going over time, your strength will mean very little. Week 5 revolves around developing your life stamina, with exercises like core plank, stamina-focused HIIT training, and a simple yet effective yoga routine.
Week 6: Cardio and recovery. Week 6 is your ultimate bodyweight workout – keeping yourself at top fitness no matter how far you might be from your gym. Stay energetic and active with your own body, no need for any giant weight set.
Week 7: The seventh and last week helps students prepare for life after the course’s daily guidance. Remember: this course is about helping you build habits that you can keep with you for a lifetime.
You will learn the basics behind designing a constant training program that works for you, shaped around your available time and desired goals.
3) 10-Day Mindvalley Guarantee
I probably wouldn’t have bought this course without this very handy Mindvalley guarantee. Mindvalley offers you a 10-day guarantee with a full refund if you don’t like it.
If you find yourself on the ninth or tenth day and you think the course was just a waste of money, no problem – they’ll let you call in and get a full refund in no time. Although if you love it as much as I did, you won’t need to exercise this option at all.
Everything else you get:
· Lifetime access to The Longevity Blueprint Quest
· The Longevity Blueprint Quest mobile and iPad app
· Community support, with invitations to private community online groups
· A digital certificate to recognize that you completed the course for an extra $50
· Two bonus courses, including “A Guide to Deeper Sleep & Healthy Diet” and “Done-For-You Workout Programs”

Does the Longevity Blueprint Quest Really Work? My Personal Experience
So does the Longevity Blueprint Quest really work?
Since completing this course, a ton of colleagues and friends have asked me if I would recommend it and what I feel about it.
Firstly, would I recommend it?
Definitely, and to anyone who cares about their fitness and health.
Secondly, what do I feel about it and does it really work?
These questions are a bit more difficult to answer.
Whether the course really works depends on you – your willingness to follow the lessons, listen to Greenfield’s science-backed understandings of the human body, and implement them in your own life.
Not even the best personal trainer in the world can help someone improve their fitness if they can’t find the fire inside themselves to stick to it.
Motivation comes from inside of you, we all know that. If you don’t have it, then you simply don’t have it.
But here’s the thing: what the Longevity Blueprint Quest really does it make it as easy as possible to stay motivated.
This is because Greenfield masterfully breaks everything down.
You don’t have to feel like you’re on the long, endless slog of difficult workouts. Greenfield’s lessons are all about efficiency – getting the most out of every minute you spend exercising.
If you’re the type of person who can’t stay motivated to work-out at the gym 1-2 hours five times a week, don’t sweat it: this course isn’t asking you to do that.
As long as you can give a bit of your time every day to what this course requires, then you can become a better version of you at your own pace.
Here are some clear reasons why I really liked what the Longevity Blueprint Quest has to offer:
1) So, So Efficient: I’m all about efficiency, and as much as I love getting a pump going at the gym, the amount of time my regular gym routine takes can be quite a burden, especially on my busier days.
The Longevity Blueprint Quest is built around the idea of “minimal effective dose” – the minimal effort and exercise time required to maintain and even raise your fitness levels.
When I simply can’t afford to spend an hour at the gym, the Longevity Blueprint Quest gives me a much more efficient answer.
2) Habits Just Happened: Doing something for a long time means getting to the point where you don’t even think about it; you just expect to wake up every day and have it as a part of your day.
It’s about building habits, and that’s what Greenfield specializes in. He uses savvy behavioral psychology tricks to help open your mind to the idea of accepting and building new healthy habits.
In just a few weeks, you will be looking forward to your daily Longevity Blueprint Quest exercises rather than dreading them.
Some surprises I learned from this course include a 4-minute exercise routine you can do anywhere and a 5-minute shower routine that maximizes the body’s metabolic rate.
3) Lifetime Transformation: Since habits are so easy to build with this course, you can expect to benefit from it for the rest of your life.
Greenfield packages his lessons in a way that just makes sense, and you’ll be able to appreciate what you bought long after the seven weeks are done.
Should you get this course? Here are some things to ask yourself:
Are you afraid of feeling old?
Are you afraid of losing the ability to do things you love?
Are you afraid of dying too young?
Are you afraid of simply not feeling good anymore?
Are you afraid of wasting too much time and effort exercising and seeing no results?
If you said yes to any of these, then you would probably end up loving what The Longevity Blueprint Quest can offer. I know I did!
