1) Prepare your body and mind with meditation

  1. Take a seat somewhere comfortable, in a position that you can stay in for a while without feeling discomfort.
  2. Play Theta waves or binaural beats in the background.
  3. Focus on breathing deeply through your diaphragm.
  4. If you realize your thoughts have drifted off to what you’ll eat for dinner, or what you should have said to that rude customer at work, gently bring your focus back to your breath.

Tips to meditate for shifting realities

Don’t worry about using any affirmations or a script at this point yet.

The idea is simply to wind yourself down and get into a state where you’re relaxed but still able to focus.

In other words, it’s like warming up your body before you start to do hard physical exercise. Your mind will then have a much easier time concentrating on your DR without getting distracted.

2) Prepare your script

If you’ve looked into a few shifting methods, you might have noticed that most of them mention “scripts”.

But what are shifting scripts exactly?

Basically, they are a written storyline, guidelines, or facts about your DR. It helps to define exactly where you are trying to go so you can visualize it more accurately and shift correctly.

There are several different ways you can write your script.

Story-style script for shifting

Your script for shifting could also be in the format of a story.

For this, you might like to reread Alice in Wonderland or watch the movie version in order to get inspired.

Here is a guideline for what your script could look like. Remember, you can feel free to change up some details to make it more personal or specific to your DR.

You’re sitting against a tree. What is your environment like? Write what the air smells like, what the sky looks like, and what the grass and tree trunk feel like under and behind you. Describe the beautiful scenery and the breeze, leaves, and flowers around you.

Then, you see someone important from your DR near the tree where you’re sitting. You stand up and step towards them. They start running and wave at you to follow.

You run after them. Describe the scenery and what things you pass on the way.

Eventually, the person gets to a rabbit hole and jumps inside. You follow them and fall down a long hole. Once again, describe what you see around you. How wide and long is the hole? How much light is there? How fast are you falling? Is there anything along the tunnel walls?

At the bottom, you find yourself in a room. Describe how big it is, how it’s decorated, and what’s inside it. Make sure you include a locked door and a key inside it. You can follow the traditional Alice in Wonderland storyline if you like, with a table, cake, and tea.

Once you have gone through any storyline actions you like, the person asks you “Are you ready to go?” (Or another sentence based on your preference).

Once you’re ready, you say “Yes” and take the key to unlock the door. You step through it together into your DR.

Where should I write my shifting script?

You can write your script anywhere — on a piece of paper or in a notebook, or even in your phone.

What should I include in my script for shifting realities?

You should include anything in your script that is important to you about your DR. But the quantity of detail and information you include depends entirely on your experience and shifting style.

If you’re able to visualize everything very vividly, you can just script a few basic details and do the rest of the work with your mind while shifting.

Or, you could take the time to write very detailed scripts with even the most minute details. If you’re a visual person, you can even create a drawing of your DR.

But aside from that, you can even script things to help you shift in the first place. For example, if you’re trying to shift while asleep and have problems with falling asleep too early, you can also try scripting when you’ll let yourself fall asleep.

And remember to script things that will keep you safe in your DR, like having a high tolerance to and an inability to die. This will keep you from getting traumatized in your DR, so you don’t bring back any bad memories.

Do I need a script to shift realities?

You don’t necessarily need a script to shift realities, but it is certainly a great help. And if you are trying to shift using the Alice in Wonderland method, you will definitely need one — at least until you become more comfortable shifting.

Do I need to memorize my shifting script?

The script for the Alice in Wonderland shifting method can be quite long — as this shifting method is rather complex.

But remember, this isn’t an exam!

So there is no need to agonize over memorizing your script. Instead, think of it as a spiritual story. Read through it several times, and practice going through it whenever you have time during the day — waiting in line, stuck in traffic, or on your lunch break.

4) Use subliminals or theta waves

Shifting with the Alice in Wonderland method gets a lot easier if you use some sound.

You might have read that you need a specific method to shift realities while awake.

But this is a misconception.

There are indeed methods that were created specifically for shifting while awake. But you can actually use any method you want — including the Alice in Wonderland method.

All you need to do is make a couple of tweaks.

First of all, it might help to get into a seated position rather than lay down. This is to help keep you from falling asleep too early.

However, you should still make sure it’s a position you’re comfortable in. If it takes you a long time to shift, you need to be able to stay in this position for a while without moving.

Then, follow your script in your mind as usual, using the next steps below to reinforce the shifting process.

But when you start to feel signs of shifting, you won’t let yourself fall asleep. Instead, continue visualizing and affirming your DR until you feel the shifting process has been completed.

Then, you open your eyes to find yourself in your DR.

7) Use affirmations

Affirmations are another crucial aspect of shifting realities with the Alice in Wonderland method.

Essentially, they are statements that help you affirm your ability to shift and your desired reality.

Your affirmations can be anything you want, as long as they fulfill two key criteria:

  1. You say them in the present tense (“I am” not “I will” or “I want to be”)
  2. They are relevant to your dream reality

You can make general affirmations about your ability to shift, such as:

  • I am shifting

If you’re new at shifting and using affirmations, it might help to write down your shifting affirmations before you try to shift.

Of course, you won’t be able to read them off the page during shifting, as your eyes will need to stay closed. But since you’ve written them down, they can stick in your memory and your subconscious better.

What are the signs that you have started to shift?

The key to shifting successfully, whether it’s asleep or awake, is timing the moment when you drift off or open your eyes.

You have to be able to put this off until after you’ve started to feel signs that you’re shifting.

But wait — how can you tell that you’re shifting?

Here are some signs and symptoms to look out for:

  • a sensation of floating
  • feeling weightless
  • feeling super heavy
  • heart racing
  • vibrations
  • itching
  • tingling
  • numbness
  • seeing white lights
  • hearing/feeling something from your DR

2) Drink plenty of water

The human body is 55-60% water.

So dehydration will naturally have a huge effect on your energy levels, focus, and mood.

Clearly, dehydration is a huge obstacle to being able to shift. Your mind and body will be too concerned with getting its basic needs met in order to focus on a higher order action like shifting realities.

Drinking lots of water helps you increase your vibrations and maintain a positive mindset.

Because of this, many shifters say that staying hydrated helps them shift a lot more easily.

Of course, you don’t want to chug half a liter of water right before shifting — this will only make you interrupt your shifting to run to the bathroom halfway through.

Instead, focus on staying hydrated throughout the day and leading up to when you want to shift.

3) Take breaks if you need them

You’re probably very excited to shift, and would like nothing more than to be in your DR as soon as possible.

But the reality is, it might take some time to shift successfully — especially if you’re new to shifting.

Remember that your mind is working really hard to try to make it happen. So you need to be careful not to overburden it.

If shifting starts to feel like a huge strain, then just take a break and start from the beginning a bit later.
