8 spiritual meanings of getting pimples between your eyebrows

It’s natural to panic a bit when pimples appear on your face.

After all, they are the sign of a breakout that could leave you feeling self-conscious and unconfident for days to come.

Trust me, having had lots of issues with my skin in the past, I know how difficult it can be.

But did you know that there might be a spiritual meaning behind your breakouts?

I learned about it months ago when I kept getting this stubborn pimple between my eyebrows.

Let me tell you what it might mean:

1) Your third eye is activated

The third eye, also known as the Ajna chakra, is a chakra that is located between the eyebrows.

This chakra is associated with intuition, imagination, and visualization. It is also believed that this chakra is the seat of our creativity and imagination.

As a result, when it is activated, it can lead to more frequent, and more intense, cases of acne.

This is because when the third eye is activated, it can cause the oil glands on our skin to become overactive.

As a result, the skin tries to push out the excess oil through the pores, which can lead to breakouts.

To reduce the chance of acne on the forehead, you can use a cool compress, or ice pack, after meditation.

This can help to calm the Ajna chakra and reduce the swelling of the oil glands.

However, it can also mean that for some reason, something is blocking your third eye.

In these cases, it is best to find out why you are having trouble with your third eye.

This can help to prevent future breakouts.

Maybe you have not been listening to your intuition or maybe you have been ignoring your dreams.

In these cases, it is best to stop what you are doing and listen to your inner voice.

2) You carry feelings inside of you that you think you need to hide

The skin is a highly expressive organ that is often used, by both men and women, as a way to hide feelings.

The skin can reveal many things about us that we do not necessarily want others to see.

It can show our emotions, our feelings, and our experiences. Because of this, many people believe that pimples are a way for the body to expel negative emotions.

If you’ve been carrying feelings inside of you that you think you need to hide, but that you don’t know how or where to release, acne can be your body’s outlet.

These feelings can be about anything, from an issue at work, to an argument you had with a friend, to a relationship that is turning sour.

You see, the skin is the boundary between our inside world and our outside world.

When issues keep bubbling up on our inside, but we feel like we need to hide them because they aren’t “good”, it can cause your skin to have a reaction.

For example, when you are angry about something, but you don’t want to express your anger because it isn’t “nice”, your body will still have a reaction.

The same thing happens when we are holding in feelings that we aren’t supposed to feel. The body will react by creating an acne breakout.

3) You are under too much stress

Stress is a major cause of acne. When we are under a lot of stress, the body releases a hormone called cortisol.

Cortisol is a hormone that is very helpful in stressful situations, but it can also wreak havoc on the skin.

This is because cortisol also causes increased sebum production and clogged pores.

When a person is under too much stress, the pores can become clogged with oil, which can lead to acne.

Stress can also cause breakouts in other areas of the body, such as the shoulders and back. If you are experiencing frequent breakouts in these areas, you may be under too much stress.

Even experiencing weird things like sudden electrical issues at home or at work could signal that you have been under too much stress lately and you just can’t handle things anymore.

To reduce stress, you can begin by making a to-do list each morning when you wake up. When your day is over, you can assess what you got done and what you didn’t get done.

You can also try to meditate for 15 minutes a day to help reduce your cortisol levels.

Now: when I was breaking out a lot, I honestly didn’t know what was going on and how I could deal with it.

That’s when my friend told me to go talk to a psychic.

Honestly, I didn’t really believe in psychics that much, I thought most of them were frauds who were profiting off of other people’s insecurities.

However, I was feeling desperate, so I decided to try Psychic Source, an online service that lets you talk to a gifted advisor from the comfort of your own home.

The truth is, I was blown away. They were so knowledgeable and offered me so many explanations of what was happening.

But that’s not all, they also told me exactly what I could do in order to get rid of this breakout and restore balance within my body.

And really – just a few days later my pimple disappeared and has since not reappeared anymore!

If you are struggling with this, I can only recommend them, they have helped me out a lot!

4) You are angry

Pimples can also be a way for the body to expel anger.

Anger is negative energy that is trapped inside of us.

If this anger is not released, it can cause a lot of damage to our bodies.

This is why it’s important to be mindful of your emotions and make an effort to let go of any anger that you feel.

If you find that you are getting more breakouts on your face, or in other areas of your body, you may be carrying too much anger.

You can release this anger by expressing yourself. Try writing down the things that you are angry about.

This can be a really healthy way to let go of your feelings. You can also try meditating or calling a friend to talk about the things that are bothering you.

Anger is not a negative emotion per se, but it needs to be expressed in a healthy way in order to be effective.

If you are having trouble letting go of your anger, you can try things like martial arts, exercise, or screaming therapy.

5) You have a problem with your liver

In Eastern medicine, the liver is associated with the point between your eyebrows.

In fact, in Chinese medicine, the liver meridian runs directly between the brows.

The liver is responsible for filtering toxins from the body.

If your liver is not functioning properly, it can cause acne, as well as other skin conditions, such as psoriasis and eczema.

If you are experiencing acne breakouts, you can try drinking more water.

Water is a natural diuretic that can help your body get rid of excess toxins.

You can also try eating more liver-friendly foods such as beets, broccoli, and whole grains.

You can also try using a face mask made with aloe vera, which is known for its liver-cleansing properties.

Now: if you suspect something is seriously wrong with your liver, you should definitely try to see a doctor.

Usually, however, these pimples can also indicate a simple imbalance.

6) You are very irritable

Acne is often associated with youth, but it can happen to people of all ages.

If you find that you are becoming more irritable lately, this could be the reason for your breakout.

People who suffer from acne tend to be under more stress, which leaves them feeling irritable and impatient.

If you are experiencing frequent breakouts, you should try to monitor your stress levels.

You can do this by making a to-do list every day, meditating, and getting enough sleep.

You can also try eating healthily, drinking lots of water, and exercising regularly.

These can all help you lower your stress levels and prevent future breakouts.

Irritability isn’t fun, I know that from experience. Everything around you seems to be triggering you and you just can’t seem to get a grip on your feelings.

I’m not a doctor, but I do know that your emotions have a big effect on your body, so getting a grip on that will definitely help you out with your breakouts, too!

7) You have been suppressing your emotions

If you have a lot of unresolved issues that you’ve been ignoring, you could be getting breakouts on your face.

When we are young, we are often taught to ignore our emotions.

We are told to “grow up” and “stop crying”. We are also not encouraged to talk about our feelings, or to process them in some way.

As a result, many people have an unresolved bag of emotions that they have been carrying around for years.

This can lead to acne as well as other health issues. If you are experiencing serious acne breakouts, you may want to consider going to see a counselor.

These emotions could be anything like anger, resentment, sadness, or even happiness. When you suppress these emotions, they can become trapped inside of you.

This can lead to acne breakouts, as well as digestive issues, sleep problems, and more.

If you are feeling like there is something inside of you that needs to be released, try writing in a journal.

This can be a great way to process your emotions.

You can also try meditating, or even sharing your feelings with a friend. These are healthy ways to express yourself and release the emotions that have been building up.

Talking about your feelings can be a great way to process them.

The thing is, feelings don’t just disappear if you ignore them long enough. Left unchecked, they can fester and turn into something much worse.

If you are having trouble with your emotions, it might be time to talk to someone about it.

Unless you actually find a way to healthily cope with your own emotions, you might keep experiencing physical symptoms.

I had that same issue and I couldn’t believe how big of an influence my emotions could have on my body.

But it’s true, and once you know this secret, you will be able to get rid of a lot of your complications!

8) You feel bitter or resentful

The liver is also linked to emotions of bitterness and resentment, so when you get a pimple between your eyes, it could mean that you have something going on inside of you that needs to be addressed.

If you are feeling resentful or bitter towards someone, this can be the reason you’re breaking out.

So if you find yourself feeling bitter or resentful, try to express your feelings and work through them.

You’ll be surprised at how much stress you can relieve by doing this.

Resentment is not an emotion you necessarily want to live with – there is nothing to gain from it.

If you are feeling resentful towards someone, it’s time to talk about it and learn to forgive.

Forgiveness is a great way to relieve stress and let go of the things that are weighing you down.

When you learn to forgive, you can feel lighter, and therefore your skin will look better, too.

You don’t need to let people back into your life, but simply learn to let go of that resentment and forgive in your heart.

What now?

The most important thing to remember when dealing with acne is that it isn’t your fault.

It’s common for acne to occur during puberty, or when people hit their late teens and early 20s.

While it’s frustrating, you can use these tips to help reduce your breakouts.

Make sure you are drinking enough water, eating a balanced diet, exercising regularly, getting enough sleep, and reducing your stress levels.

Most importantly, however, don’t ignore your emotions. They are often a huge part of why our skin is the way it is!

Can a gifted advisor help you too?

If you want specific advice on your situation, it can be very helpful to speak to someone with special intuition.

I know this from personal experience…

A few months ago, I reached out to Psychic Source when I was going through a tough patch in my relationship. After being lost in my thoughts for so long, they gave me a unique insight into what my future holds, and the confidence to make the right decisions when it comes to love.

If you haven’t heard of Psychic Source before, it’s a site where gifted advisors help people through complicated and difficult life situations.

In just a few minutes you can connect with a highly intuitive psychic and get tailor-made advice for your situation.

I was blown away by how kind, empathetic, and genuinely helpful my psychic was.
